Yodawy

Established in 2018, Yodawy is a health-tech service provider that operates a B2B2C TPA business that caters to insured chronic and acute patients through contracting with health insurance providers, self-insured corporates, and syndicates. In addition to operating B2C e-pharmacy targeting out-of-pocket chronic and acute patients, and a micro-insurance prescription-focused service to uninsured chronic patients. The company has processed 4+ million prescriptions since inception and currently serves ~55k chronic and ~70k acute patients per month.

SETA Textiles

It also sells its products through several other channels including online, corporate (B2B), a franchise in KSA, and outlet stores.

Established in 1996, Al Tayseer Healthcare Group (THG) is the largest private tertiary healthcare operator in the Nile Delta region. It is strategically focused on an under-served region that houses 45% of Egypt’s population. Currently, THG owns and operates a 162-bed hospital in Zagazig, a 100-bed hospital in Mansoura and 35+ labs across Alexandria and the Delta. Through its partnership with Ezdehar, THG plans to increase its bed capacity to around 500 beds. Ezdehar is also supporting the company in improving quality assurance, improving financial control and reporting, enhancing corporate governance, and ramping up ESG management efforts.

The company’s product portfolio targets a wide consumer base through its two brands: Rich and El Leheimy. Through its partnership with Ezdehar, Rich Food plans to increase its production capacity and widen its reach across different distribution channels. Ezdehar is also working with management to improve financial control and reporting, enhance corporate governance, and ramp up ESG management efforts.

With origins dating back to the 1980s, The Mobility Family is a leading automotive services player active in contract passenger and cargo transport as well as spare part distribution and commercial fleet services. The Group offers tailor-made services for clients based on their needs and budget constraints, with customized routes and schedules, professional tracking methods, and a wide range of vehicles. It also operates seven in-house maintenance centers along with body shops that can offer third-party fleet servicing. Ezdehar is working with management to develop the Group’s corporate governance and organization, supporting the company’s efforts with operational excellence, new product and corporate development with significant investments in technology, while also introducing enhanced financial management and reporting infrastructure.

Dsquares

Established in 2011, Dsquares is a multi-sector provider/manager of loyalty services and solutions to a prestigious portfolio of international and local corporate clients, with a strong foothold in Egypt and a growing presence internationally. Dsquares’ solutions include design and implementation of points-based loyalty programs, coupon-based offerings, and concierge services. These solutions – combined with Dsquares’ network of 500+ merchants and 7,000+ retail outlets – help clients improve customer retention and increase engagement. Dsquares also expanded into a mobile-enabled direct-to-consumer discounts product through the launch of its mobile application (“Lucky”) in early 2019, which has gained significant traction in the Egyptian market.
