Karim Saad

Karim joined Ezdehar in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in finance, financial reporting, and audit. As Head of Finance & Compliance, he leads the firm’s finance and compliance functions across the Fund and its related entities. His responsibilities include overseeing financial operations, fund audits, investor reporting, treasury management, tax compliance, and supporting portfolio companies with financial reporting and post-investment finance plans.

Before joining Ezdehar, Karim served as Senior Finance Manager at Talaat Moustafa Group, where he led financial reporting, managed cash flow forecasting, and collaborated with internal stakeholders to align financial planning with operational goals. He also developed financial analysis tools and managed multiple ad-hoc finance initiatives.

Previously, Karim spent over three years at Beltone Financial Holding in progressive finance roles. He was responsible for leading the closing cycle, managing audits across group entities, and preparing consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and EAS. He also played a key role in ERP implementation and group policy standardization. Prior to that, Karim held finance positions at Qalaa Holdings and KPMG, where he gained broad exposure to group consolidations, ERP systems, and financial reporting. He also contributed to investor reporting and the development of internal controls across industries including oil & gas, financial services, and manufacturing.

Karim is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from Cairo University.
