Mohamed is a seasoned corporate counsel and litigation expert with experience in managing restructuring situations with more than 40 years of experience in the field. He has worked with Ezdehar for the past five years where he supports the management of all legal matters and provides expertise on legal issues related to deal execution, as they arise.

Prior to Ezdehar, Mohamed’s experience entails working as a Legal Counsel at Mobiserve Holding and prior to that as a Partner at AlKamel Law Office.

Mohamed holds a BA in Law from Alexandria University in Egypt.
